Gouverneur is a 10-minute drive from Gustavia, up a steep road and down into a hidden cove. The beach is famous for its turquoise water and complete lack of development.

Out of Gustavia, we count around 30 euros for this ride during the day, plus 5 euros after 6:30pm or on Sundays, and 10 euros between midnight and 6am. The drive itself takes about 10 minutes when traffic flows. Friday afternoons and Sunday brunch hours can slow things down a little.
