Getting from St. Barth airport to St-Jean

St-Jean is the closest beach village to the airport, just a few minutes away. The bay is famous for low-flying planes overhead and a long stretch of golden sand lined with beach restaurants and shops.

The taxi ride from Gustaf III Airport (SBH) to St-Jean takes about 3 minutes in normal traffic. The standard daytime fare set by the Collectivité is around 30 euros. After 6:30pm, Sundays and public holidays add a 5 euro surcharge. Between midnight and 6am the surcharge is 10 euros.

Taxis are usually waiting at the airport when scheduled flights arrive.
