Gustavia is the main harbor town of St. Barth, home to the cruise port, luxury boutiques, fine dining, and the island's nightlife. The drive from the airport is a quick downhill stretch with ocean views.

The taxi ride from Gustaf III Airport (SBH) to Gustavia takes about 5 minutes in normal traffic. The standard daytime fare set by the Collectivité is around 30 euros. After 6:30pm, Sundays and public holidays add a 5 euro surcharge. Between midnight and 6am the surcharge is 10 euros.
